My name is Deborah. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner offering a variety of practices which support the mind, body and spirit. I offer Mindful Nutrition and Relaxation Therapies.
If you are having problems sleeping or struggling to cope with anxiety we can look at ways to help remove the stress from your life. These issues can be caused by poor nutrition or your external environment. By eating mindfully and choosing targeted, healthy, nutrition rich foods and learning to de-stress, you can begin to feel healthier and more in control. I will look at you as a whole and together we can begin to address emotional, spiritual, nutritional and lifestyle factors that may be causing any concerns. I use various techniques including exercises to help you eat mindfully, relaxation exercises and breathwork and meditation. Or you might be looking for some general nutrition advice or some self-care tips and a little bit of 'me-time'. It's time to take back the responsibility for your own health! |
